第1篇 無(wú)線電工程師崗位職責(zé)、要求以及未來(lái)可以發(fā)展的方向
無(wú)線電工程師是指研究、開(kāi)發(fā)、維護(hù)無(wú)線通信、傳輸設(shè)備，廣播視聽(tīng)設(shè)備和電子儀器、儀表的專業(yè)技術(shù)人員。
無(wú)線電工程師崗位職責(zé)
1.研究、開(kāi)發(fā)、調(diào)試無(wú)線通信、傳輸設(shè)備的部件和整機(jī)；
2.研究、開(kāi)發(fā)、調(diào)試電視機(jī)、收音機(jī)、音響設(shè)備等視聽(tīng)設(shè)備；
3.調(diào)試、維護(hù)微波通信、衛(wèi)星通信、移動(dòng)通信等無(wú)線通信、傳輸設(shè)備；
4.負(fù)責(zé)系統(tǒng)無(wú)線指標(biāo)測(cè)試以及相關(guān)認(rèn)證等工作；
5.參與系統(tǒng)的可靠性設(shè)計(jì)方案，配合可靠性試驗(yàn)；
6.從事與無(wú)線電監(jiān)測(cè)和無(wú)線通信專業(yè)相關(guān)的技術(shù)、服務(wù)、商務(wù)工作。
無(wú)線電工程師崗位要求
1.熟悉軟件無(wú)線電技術(shù)及無(wú)線電測(cè)試儀表者優(yōu)先；
2.熟悉計(jì)算機(jī)硬件和軟件，具有較全面的計(jì)算機(jī)軟件語(yǔ)言和硬件知識(shí)；
3.具備一定的電工理論，較多的電路設(shè)計(jì)維修經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
4.能夠熟練運(yùn)用protel99繪制pcb板。會(huì)簡(jiǎn)單電路板打樣，測(cè)試和維修；
5.會(huì)編制電路板生產(chǎn)文件，產(chǎn)品規(guī)格書和說(shuō)明書；
6.工作勤勉踏實(shí)，責(zé)任心強(qiáng)，認(rèn)真細(xì)致；
7.思維敏捷， 工作細(xì)致，愛(ài)鉆研。

you will be responsible for ericsson rbs product transceiver design, verification and maintenance
?design/maintain work to meet project requirement
?follow ericsson design and daily work process/procedure
?to carry out effectively and efficiently for all the activities
?keep study continuously to maintain competition level
?support production when needed
your responsibilities will include but not be limited to
?theory analysis and simulation for radio design.
?verify radio performance
?tuning and optimize radio performance
qualifications:
basic requirement
?bs or above in wireless communication or equivalent
?2 + years experience in telecommunications (3+ for bs)
?solid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field, experiences on radio circuit design like: pll,lna,mixer,rf switch etc
?familiar with radio instruments such as spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, etc
?good written and spoken english
?good communication skills and social abilities preferred experience on
?transceiver link design(such as link budget, requirement allocation, key component selection)
?familiarity of radio simulation sw such as ads, hfss
?solid analytical and problem solving skills

第4篇 無(wú)線電檢定工程師崗位職責(zé)內(nèi)容
1.負(fù)責(zé)無(wú)線電專業(yè)的各類細(xì)儀器的校準(zhǔn)、校準(zhǔn)方法的研究,承擔(dān)相關(guān)課題。
2.能獨(dú)立解決無(wú)線電專業(yè)的疑難問(wèn)題。
